We’re sorry to hear your computer isn’t working, but we’re here to help. How we can get you up and running again though depends on what the problem is, and what your situation is.
We’re able to solve a wide variety of problems for you on laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, macbooks, and imacs, including but not limited to:

If you’re not sure what the problem is, that’s not a problem! We offer a free health check on everything that passes through our shop, so if there is a problem we’ll let you know what it is and quote you on how much it will be to fix it. You can expect somewhere between £29 and £70 in labour, though parts if needed will vary based on price and availability for your particular device and problem.
Simply Use the form here and we’ll contact you to confirm the repair – you can then bring the device to us, let us log in remotely, arrange for us to come to you, or we can arrange shipping on your behalf. Please note that shipping and callouts require an extra charge.
